We are seeking an experienced and motivated person to effectively coordinate and manage the completion of projects on time within budget and scope in line with company vision and values.

Responsibilities:

● Determine and define project scope and objectives including requirements gathering and deep-dive analysis

● Effective resource planning and efficient allocation to ensure objectives are met within expectation

● Identify and evaluate potential project risk including the development of contingency plans

● Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements

● Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan

● Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress

● Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables

● Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution

Candidate Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field

● 5+ years of project management or related experience

● Project management software experience required

● Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

● Solid understanding of the MetaQuotes Trading software

● Good understanding of Trading Bridge, CRM and Back Office software

● Proven ability to solve problems creatively and to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

● Excellent analytical skills and adaptable commercial awareness

● Strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness

● Ability to build and lead a project management department when required

The ideal candidate for this role will be personable and adaptable to ensure they are able to be successful in a dynamic financial services company. They would have demonstrable technical and organisational skills and be able to apply logical structure and commercial awareness to the role. The candidate would ideally have a working understanding or experience within operations, trading, sales, and marketing.

The role

Typically, you will be looking after company SQL databases, developing and maintaining SSRS reports, SSAS cubes and PowerBI dashboards as well as SSIS packages and ad-hoc SQL queries for analysis and investigation. You’ll be creating Stored Procedures for reporting and ETL and supporting development of the Data Warehouse to include new data sources and functionality using SQL, SSIS and SSAS. Working across the full development lifecycle you’ll liaise with business users to gather requirements and develop technical specifications for reports.

Requirements

  • You are an experienced BI Developer with strong Microsoft SQL Server knowledge.

  • You have a good knowledge of the SQL Server BI Stack including SSIS, SSAS, SSRS; PowerBI.
  • You are pro-active, keen to learn, take ownership and develop your BI skills.
  • You are collaborative and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have experience with Database performance tuning.
  • You have around 3+ years of database development and a passion for software coding.
  • You have a degree or qualification in a Software discipline (Computer Science preferred) would be of benefit.
  • Any experience of C++, .NET, or API development would be an advantage as the role will give you exposure to these too.

Objectives of this Role

·     Build and develop that Hantec Markets brand in Middle East, forming alliances and partnerships as necessary.

·     Devise and execute Brand campaigns.

·     Devise and execute lead generation campaigns from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration with our London Headquarters and other global offices.

·     Analyse customer insights, monthly trading volume, client trends (active v inactive accounts), market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies and campaigns.

·     Partner with our creative team in London to plan and devise Jordan and Middle East specific marketing collaterals – email, banners, Social media ads.

·     Maintain relationships with key marketing partners to ensure Hantec Markets achieves maximum share of voice.

·      Lead performance marketing, design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

·     Working in partnership with the creative team in London, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-­facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets specific to Jordan.

·     Conceptualise and execute on multi-channel Jordan campaigns ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels

·     Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, participation in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support as and when required.

·     Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.

·     Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimise accordingly.

·     Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.

Skills and Qualifications

·     Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field from a UK/US/European University.

·     Excellent written and verbal communication skills both Arabic and English.

·     Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns.

·     Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.

·     Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.

·     Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
